Documind Business
Solution (DBS) is NOVADYS' package for small workgroups
up to 10 users. It is completely web based, users access
it via the Documind web client.
Documind BS
perfectly answers the needs of small companies. Due
to its browser based user interface it does not require
any client side installation, hence limiting rollout
costs to a minimum.

In Documind
Business Solution, adminstrators can assign access rights
and privileges to their users and groups.
Access rights
are used to manage archive access, three levels of access
can be granted:
- search
- search and import
- search, import and administration
Privileges
on the other hand are not archive but system based:
- change password
- create archives
- manage users
- super user (a special privilege, that includes all
other privileges as well as full access to all archives)
